A common question that we are asked is “What should I wear to the shows?” When packing for your next Branson getaway you should prepare a variety of clothes so you are ready for weather changes while you are in town. While there is no set dress-code for going to shows in Branson, there are a couple tips and recommendations that we suggest for your next Branson show:

• Dress for the weather
  First and foremost you want to dress according to the weather. If it’s raining, be sure to bring an umbrella. If it’s summer wear something cool and comfortable
• Formal Attire
  Unless it is a special show (i.e. New Year’s Eve, a benefit show, etc.) We recommend that you dress in things that are comfortable to you. You are going to be seated for around 2 hours in the typical show, so you should dress for comfort. For the vast majority of shows, you can dress in whatever you find comfortable (tennis shoes and jeans are perfectly fine).
• Layering
  We suggest that you also plan on layering whether it is in the spring, summer, fall or winter. All theatres have their air conditioning and heating set on different temperatures. If it is too hot you want to be able cool down by taking off a jacket, or if it’s too cold you want to be able to put on a jacket. Plan on bringing something that you can cool down with or warm up with.
